How do I place an order?

You may send your order in one of the following ways:

• Please note we do not accept orders by phone.
• Email your Purchase Order to sales@brainvta.com.
• Create your account, order directly on the website!

Please be sure to include your billing & shipping address, the products or your needs, and your contact information. You will receive a quotation, some confirm information or Order Confirmation indicating delivery time(s) within 24 hours of submitting your needs or order.

How will my order be shipped?

Shipping Methods

• For products in need of frozen shipments, under no special requirement blue ice is packed.
• For virus products, dry ice is packed to ensure the ultra-low temperature.
• The shipments are normally made via FedEx, if you have other needs, we can do it.
• All the shipping materials will be handled by us, and customers only need to receive the goods.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

• American customers DO NOT have to pay for international shipping, and most pre-made products can be delivered overnight, as our warehouse is located in Washington, DC.
• Customers in other regions need to pay $150-350 for shipment according to the country, and the pre-made products can be delivered in 4-7 days.
• The delivery time of customized products depends on the specific situation.
• Based on our hundreds of delivery experiences, we can 100% ensure products will arrive to you in perfect condition.
